Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 0.25 tablespoon sugar
- 0.23 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
- 0.06 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 0.25lb broccoli lorets
- 2.5 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 0.06 cup water
- 0.13 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar untill the sugar dissolves completely.
- Stir fry it for about 5 to 7 minutes, or untill the veggies start to brown and reach the desired doneness.
- Sprinkle the broccoli and mushroom stir fry with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
