How to Cook Sauteed Spinach with Bacon

 


Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. spinach, chopped 

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, chop it and set it aside. 

  2. Add the onion and cook it for about 5 minutes, untill it becomes translucent. 

  1. Add the garlic and cook it for another minute untill fragrant. 

  2. Stir in the spinach and cook it untill it wilts and turns bright green. 

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

  4. Add in the cooked bacon and toss it into the spinach together. Serve,
