How to Cook Shiitake, Shrimps & Snow peas Stir-Fry

 


Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated & peel fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or sunflower oil
  • 1 handful shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and halved (large ones quartered) 

  • 1 handful shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed 

  • 1 scallion (green parts only, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger, vinegar, light soy sauce and red pepper flakes. 

  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high. Add mushrooms and cook. Stir it just till they are tender for about 5 minutes. 

  3. Stir in garlic mixture and cook it untill slightly reduced for about 2 minutes. 

  4. Add shrimps and snow peas. Cook them, stirring it untill the shrimps become opaque throughout. 

  5. To serve, top the dish with chopped scallions.
