Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated & peel fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or sunflower oil
- 1 handful shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and halved (large ones quartered)
- 1 handful shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 scallion (green parts only, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger, vinegar, light soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
