Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 piece cooked sweet corn sliced into small sizes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook it untill browned on all sides.
- Add the broccoli, corn, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms to the skillet.
- Drizzle the light soy sauce over the dish and stir it to combine. Serve it hot.
