Ingredients
- 300 - 500grams pork ribs, depending on how many pax you are cooking for.
- 1 ear of corn (I used organic type)
- 2 - 3 tomatoes, quartered
- ginger slices
- salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot. Add the pork ribs and blanch them for a few minutes untill the blood and impurities are removed. Drain and rinse.
- Season it with salt & pepper.
- Garnish the soup dish with spring onions.
