How To Cook Pan-Fried Soy Ginger Batang Steak
Ingredients
- 2-3 Batang steaks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Sauce mixture of:
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- sliced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced - 100 ml water
Instructions
- Pat dry, season 2-3 Batang steaks with salt & pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry it for 1-2 minutes on each side untill brown and crispy.
- Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, sliced ginger and garlic.
- Pour in 100 ml water.
- Garnish the dish with sliced spring onion on top of the Batang steaks.
