Ingredients
- 2 Halibut fillets
- 1 tablespoon flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- A handful of curry leaves
- Juice from a fresh lemon or lime
Instructions
- Pat fish dry, sprinkle with seasoned flour and dust off excess.
- Add the fish and cook one side for around 5 minutes untill lightly browned.
