How to Cook Garlic Cabbage And Carrots



Ingredients

  • 1/2 a medium white cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • slat & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and cut the carrots into matchstick size.
  2. Heat a pan under medium heat with a tablespoon of butter.
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots and garlic. 

  4. Stir and toss, then add the hot water. Turn the heat to a low flame and lid on the pan. Allow it to cook gently for around 6 to 7 minutes untill tender to your liking. 

  5. Season it with salt & pepper and serve it hot.
