Ingredients
- 1/2 a medium white cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of boiling water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- slat & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and cut the carrots into matchstick size.
- Heat a pan under medium heat with a tablespoon of butter.
- Add the cabbage, carrots and garlic.
- Stir and toss, then add the hot water. Turn the heat to a low flame and lid on the pan. Allow it to cook gently for around 6 to 7 minutes untill tender to your liking.
