Ingredients
- 6 slices of white sandwich bread
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter
Egg Mixture
- 2 large eggs
- 125 ml of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Serving
- Maple syrup butter
Instructions
- Whisk together egg mixture in a bowl.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook it for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on each side untill the surface turns golden, then transfer it to a serving plate.
- Add more butter into the pan and cook the remaining bread.
- Serve and enjoy.
