Ingredients
- 1lb wagyu beef, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef/chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 spring onion, thinly slced (for garnish)
- white sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the thinly sliced wagyu beef with light soy sauce and cornstarch. Lte it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Continue to cook for another 2 minutes or untill the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the waygyu beef and broccoli. Stirfry it over steamed rice, garnish it with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
