Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow & 1/2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed peas
- 1 1/2 cup old jasmine rice, preferably leftover rice
- 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
- 1/4 cup spring onion. finely chopped
- 250 grams chicken meat, chopped
Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and onion. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the chicken pieces, mid onion cook.
- Add the pineapple pieces. Stir it for 30 seconds to warm through.
- Stir through the chopped spring onion.
